Το δικό μου κάνει κάτι κουλά, αργεί να κατεβάσει στροφές κάτω από τις 2.000 (ναι ρε δουλεύει και πιο χαμηλά) και προχθές κόλλησε στις 4.000 αναγκάζοντάς με να λιώσω τα φρένα.

Μετά από ψάξιμο στο Guzzitech αλλά και στο 1200sport φόρουμ, κατέληξα εδώ: I've been planning to blank off my stepper for weeks but have been too busy but today I had a thought (rare occaision) what if I didn't completely blank off the stepper but restricted the airflow, would there be any difference?
I popped off the air pipe from underneath the airbox, didn't need to take the tank off fr this then I cut down an old brake caliper banjo bolt so I had a bolt with a narrow hole in it. I popped the bolt into the air pipe and pushed it down about an inch,its a good tight fit then replaced the pipe to the airbox with a pair of long-nosed pliers just a five minute job.

The bike started perfectly and ticked over perfectly so it appeared to be a success. I took it out for a run and the popping is almost gone but not completely, I'm glad about that because I actually like the popping. The surge as I went into bends has completely gone , good engine braking and the bike runs really nicely at sub 20 mph where it used to stutter.

Όσοι το έχουν δοκιμάσει λένε ότι αξίζει, το μοτέρ ανεβοκατεβάζει στροφές πιο γρήγορα, σταματάει να προκαλεί σκαμπανεβάσματα στις στροφές και ότι ο μόνος λόγος ύπαρξης του βηματικού μοτέρ είναι για τους ρύπους. Ανοίγει τις πεταλούδες όταν κλείνεις το γκάζι για να περνάει αέρας και να καίγονται τα καυσαέρια.

Το κακό είναι ότι θα σταματήσουν τα σκασίματα από την εξάτμιση. Εμένα μου αρέσουν τα σκασίματα, στους ξενέρωτους τους Άγγλους όχι. Δεν μου αρέσει όμως να μην έχω φρένο από τον κινητήρα.
